Deepani flowers
Deepani is a small scale artificial flower manufacturer and seller operating a successful venture with expending sales. Having seen the ICT developments taking place in industry, she approaches you for advice for introducing a computer system for her business.
At present she purchases and stocks necessary raw materials for her flowers, (including pots, beads, steel wire, fabric, paints, ribbons, adhesives, polythene sheets, packing materials, etc ) and manufactures flowers, flower stems, flower pots, bunches of flowers, etc. Then she packs them accordingly and the finished products are sent to the buyers most of whom are retailors and other service providers in event management sector.
1. You are required to explain and advice Deepani on the followings,

(a) Instances where she can apply/use ICT for her business. (10 marks)
(b) Benefits she can get from using ICT for her business. (10 marks)
